3. CUSTOM PRODUCT ORDERS

  • All custom-made products are final sale and non-refundable (see Return & Refund Policy for details).
  • Custom orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started.
  • Our quality control team inspects all custom products before shipment to ensure they meet our standards.

4. SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

  • Custom products are shipped directly from us.
  • Some accessories are shipped directly by us, while others are fulfilled by a shipping and fulfillment provider.
  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments caused by the carrier.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Returns are only accepted for eligible non-custom items within 10 days of delivery, subject to a 35% restocking fee.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7 business days after inspection.
  • Chargebacks and payment disputes that violate our policy will result in a permanent ban from future purchases.

6. PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

  • Aftermarket parts are intended for off-road or track use unless otherwise stated.
  • We are not liable for improper installation, misuse, or modifications that result in damage or injury.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring products are compatible with their vehicle before purchasing.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
