Thank you for shopping with Xtreme AeroWerkz Performance! We take pride in providing high-quality, custom automotive parts. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict return and refund policy. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

RETURNS – VERY LIMITED ACCEPTANCE

Returns for eligible non-custom items are only accepted within 10 days of delivery, and all returns are subject to approval. To qualify, the item must:

  • Be completely unused and in the exact condition received.
  • Be in its original, unopened packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Any return that fails to meet these conditions will be automatically rejected.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS – ALL CUSTOM PARTS ARE FINAL SALE

Custom parts are 100% non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Front splitters
  • Side skirts
  • Rear skirts
  • Rear diffusers
  • Wicker bills
  • Canards
  • Any other custom-made or made-to-order parts

Other non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-engraved items
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Digital products (e.g., e-books, downloads)
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged)

RETURN SHIPPING & RESTOCKING FEE

  • Customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • All approved returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee — this will be deducted from your refund.
  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

REFUNDS – STRICTLY ENFORCED CONDITIONS

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.
  • If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

EXCHANGES – LIMITED TO DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We only offer exchanges if an item is proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us immediately at Xtreme.aerodesign@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS – STRICT REQUIREMENTS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must:

  • Inspect your package upon delivery. If the box is visibly damaged, refuse the shipment and notify us immediately.
  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by emailing Xtreme.aerodesign@gmail.com with clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • If approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit only (no refunds).
  • If you fail to report damage within 24 hours, we will assume the item was received in perfect condition, and no replacements will be issued.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS – VERY LIMITED WINDOW

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has started.
  • Non-custom orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Any customer who files a chargeback or payment dispute instead of following our policy will be permanently banned from future purchases. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with evidence of your agreement to these terms at checkout.
