XTREME AEROWERKZ PERFORMANCE
Thank you for shopping with Xtreme AeroWerkz Performance. Please review this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTION TIME
All products sold by Xtreme AeroWerkz Performance are custom-made to order.
- Production time: 15–20 business days
- Production begins after payment is successfully processed
- Production time does not include shipping or transit time
- Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or expedited once production has started
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME
Once production is completed, orders are shipped using standard shipping carriers.
- Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days within the United States
- Estimated total delivery time: approximately 18–25 business days
- Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or peak shipping seasons
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated based on product size, dimensions, weight, and destination.
- Shipping costs are displayed at checkout prior to payment
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
SHIPPING DAYS
Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update
- Tracking confirmation serves as proof of shipment and delivery
INCORRECT ADDRESS / FAILED DELIVERY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
- Xtreme AeroWerkz Performance is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment
CARRIER-CAUSED DAMAGE & LIABILITY
Once an order has been shipped and handed off to the carrier, Xtreme AeroWerkz Performance is not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier.
If your package arrives damaged:
- Inspect the package immediately upon delivery
- If the package is visibly damaged, refuse delivery and notify the carrier
- If damage is discovered after delivery, contact us within 24 hours
- Clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping box, and shipping label are required
We may assist with filing a carrier claim when applicable; however, refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and are subject to carrier approval.
Failure to report damage within 24 hours may void eligibility for any claim.
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
If an item is defective due to manufacturing issues:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos and order details via email
- Approved claims may result in a replacement or store credit only
FRAUD PREVENTION & FALSE CLAIMS
To protect against fraud and abuse:
- Unboxing photos or video may be required for damage or defect claims
- All products may be photographed, marked, or serialized prior to shipment
- Damage caused by installation, misuse, modification, or customer handling is not covered
False claims, chargeback abuse, or attempts to retain products without payment will result in order denial, account blacklisting, and dispute submission with supporting evidence to the payment processor.
RISK OF LOSS
Once an order is shipped and accepted by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the carrier. Carrier-caused issues must be addressed through the claim process outlined above.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)
International shipping times and costs vary by destination.
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees
- International delivery times are not guaranteed
